WHAT IS THE SYNERGY MTSS MODULE?

    • A one-stop shop for Tier III academic and Tier II and III behavior intervention documentation!

    • It includes:

      • Intervention information

      • Relevant documentation

      • Team notes

      • Progress monitoring data

      • Fidelity of intervention implementation data

      • Intervention outcome information

    • It offers educators a simple way to enter numeric data in TeacherVue

    • A reliable way to share intervention information with a new PPS school when a student moves

WHY USE THE SYNERGY MTSS MODULE?

    • This makes data collection more efficient, making it more likely that data will be entered.

    • This helps teams engage in reliable data review - ensuring that the energy put toward supporting students is resulting in the outcomes we aspire to.

    • This strengthens the communication between school and home as the intervention information is shared with caregiver(s) in real-time via ParentVue.

    • This supports students who move from school to school because the receiving school will be able to pick up on intervention support as soon as they receive the student.
