PPS 2025 Survey

  • The Portland Public Schools 2025 survey was open April 1 through May 1, 2015 to get feedback on the big questions that will help shape our school district as we grow.

This 17-question survey was a chance for PPS parents, staff, students AND community members to share their views on such questions as:

    • How should we redraw school boundaries?
    • How do we make sure that all neighborhoods have strong schools?
    • How do we strengthen course offerings for students in grades 6-8?

The survey was available online through Oregon's Kitchen Table and in hard copy form in schools in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Somali and Russian.

The PPS2025 Survey was an essential tool to give families, staff, students and community members a voice in changes that will come as we prepare to serve more students.

Survey results are being used by the PPS Districtwide Boundary Review Advisory Committee (D-BRAC) to shape their recommendations to the board.
