  • PPS Facility Standards ("the Standards" or "Facility Standards") are provided for project teams' reference regarding contractor and performance requirements for building materials and systems in PPS new construction and renovations. These are not comprehensive specifications and do not address all potential design ideas or options, including but not limited to building alterations and unique site conditions. Specifications are required to be developed on a per-project basis.
