The Classification and Compensation Division of the Human Resources Department gathers job information, collects market compensation data and develops and recommends classification plans and pay programs to District administration. In compliance with local, state and Federal laws, this division develops and updates classification specifications and communicates compensation setting objectives and goals following generally recognized and accepted best practices.

Total Compensation Statements
Annually, each Spring, Human Resources publishes and mails to each employee's home, an Annual Total Compensation Statement. This statement contains a summary of your compensation and benefits information for the previous calendar year. Be sure to watch for it!

PFSP Second Language Stipend
Communicated in the Admin Connection on September 22.
The PFSP contract recognizes the importance of language diversity in supporting our students and school communities. If the regular duties of an employee includes the regular use of a second language used by your school community, the employee may be eligible to be paid a 5% annual stipend. This applies to positions which do not already have a second language required as the regular duties of the position.
The stipend must be reviewed and submitted annually by the building administrator or supervisor and approved by HR. Please complete the online Google form to log your submission to the Human Resource for review and approval. Requests submitted by October 31 will be retroactively paid to the beginning of the school year once it is approved. Requests submitted and approved after October 31 will become effective the first day of the following pay period.
