    The Classification and Compensation Division of the Human Resources Department  gathers job information, collects market compensation data and develops and recommends classification plans and pay programs to District administration. In compliance with local, state and Federal laws, this division develops and updates classification specifications and communicates compensation setting objectives and goals following generally recognized and accepted best practices.

    Total Compensation Statements

    Each Spring, Human Resources publishes and posts an Annual Total Compensation Statement to each employee's self service (ESS) portal. Email notification of the statements' availability is sent. This statement contains a summary of your compensation and benefits information for the previous calendar year. Be sure to watch for it!
