The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) delivered by Uprise Health provides free services to help all benefits eligible PPS employees and anyone living in the employee's home to privately resolve problems that may interfere with work, family, and life. Here are just a few of the services EAP offers:
- 24-hour Crisis Help
- Childcare Referral & Eldercare Referral
- Confidential Counseling
- Financial Services
- Identity Theft Services
- Legal & Mediation Services
- Wellness
- Will Preparation
Current benefit: 6 free sessions per situation, per year to all benefits eligible employees and anyone living in their household
New benefit effective October 1st, 2023: 8 free sessions per situation, per year to all PPS employees and anyone living in their household
