Effective 10/1/2024, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) will no longer be through Uprise Health. See below to learn more about our new vendor, Canopy, and what they have to offer.
Beginning September 16th, you can contact Canopy at 800-433-2320 and speak with an intake specialist that will begin making referrals that will start October 1st.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) delivered by Uprise Health provides free services to help all PPS employees and anyone living in the employee's home to privately resolve problems that may interfere with work, family, and life. Here are just a few of the services EAP offers:
- 24-hour Crisis Help
- Childcare Referral & Eldercare Referral
- Confidential Counseling
- Financial Services
- Identity Theft Services
- Legal & Mediation Services
- Wellness
- Will Preparation
8 free sessions per situation, per year to all PPS employees and anyone living in their household
