Absence Management is the Automated Substitute Management System (available 24/7) that is used by Teachers, Paraeducators, and Secretaries to enter absences for themselves when in need of a substitute to cover their position. Teachers, Paraeducators, and Secretaries are able to assign a specific substitute to their absence or leave them unfilled for an available substitute to pick up. Substitute Teachers, Substitute Paraeducators, and Substitute Secretaries can assign themselves to unfilled absences.
