  • The School District No. 1 Health and Welfare Trust has worked with Portland Public Schools (PPS) and your bargaining group for more than four decades to provide group health and welfare benefits to active employees, substitutes, and retirees of PPS who are members of the Portland Association of Teachers (PAT), Portland Federation of School Professionals (PFSP), District Council of Unions (DCU), and Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) bargaining groups.
